Ours is a challenging yet highly rewarding environment, which makes it the ideal setting for apprentices. You’ll be working alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the industry, learning about the theoretical and practical side of engineering first-hand and developing your skills in a range of areas. The apprenticeship training programme lasts two to four years, depending on the qualifications you choose to work towards. Your training follows a carefully planned schedule and you are supported throughout, with progress monitored by your assigned learning advisor. As well as helping you to achieve nationally-recognised qualifications, we make sure you develop all the practical skills you need to progress with us.

To become a Technical apprentice, you must:
- Be 16 or over and have completed full-time education
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C/9-4)
- Be eager to develop a career in engineering
- Enjoy working in a team and have a hunger to learn
For Craft Apprenticeships, we welcome candidates with the same requirements of 5 GCSEs (A-C/9-4) but we’ll always consider a candidate with slightly lower qualifications if they show passion and potential.
